Long-term behaviour model of skid resistance for asphalt roadway surfaces

Objectives: This study proposes a model that describes the long-term behaviour of Skid Resistance (SR) on asphalt road surfaces. A sub-product of this work is a traffic-based model that incorporates the concepts of the PEF and vehicle wandering from the lane’s right border.
